Pecan Sandies
Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Directions
Beat butter 30 seconds. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add vanilla and 2 teaspoons of water. Beat well. Stir in flour and pecans.
Shape into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325 for about 20 minutes. Cool and shake in powdered sugar. Makes 2 dozen.
