About Stonehaven Farm

 WE ARE NO LONGER PROVIDING SERVICES AS OF JAN 2022. Stonehaven Farm is located in northwest Amherst County Virginia. With more than 230 acres of pasture and woods, the farm partially surrounds Stonehouse Lake. The Sisson family has a collection of pets and livestock including dogs, cats, horses, goats and chickens.

I have owned and cared for horses, dogs and cats since the age of seven. I have been a board member of the Humane Society of Amherst County for eight years which is a volunteer position and involves many hours of hands-on work with the animals at our shelter. I have been employed over the years at several horse farms, as a groom, rider and manager, including caring for the horses at Sweet Briar College. My pet, house and farm sitting business is licensed and insured. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
